By accessing and using the Seoul Sky Tickets website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified at the time of booking. You must present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed) at the venue entrance for admission.
All prices are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) unless otherwise stated. Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The final price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payment is processed securely through PayGlobal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit date may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Visitors must comply with all rules and regulations of Seoul Sky at Lotte World Tower. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who do not comply with safety guidelines or behave in a disruptive manner. Children under 36 months are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a guardian (proof of age required).
Sky Bridge Tour participants must be 18 years or older and meet physical requirements set by the venue. The tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. Participants must wear the provided safety harness at all times during the tour.
Seoul Sky Tickets acts as an authorized booking platform. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the venue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tickets in question.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
